These terms cover your use of the Rowdate Google Sheets add-on and this website ("Rowdate", "we"), operated by CodEven (Cengiz Mert Türkmen, a sole proprietorship in Turkey). By installing or using Rowdate you agree to them.

The service

Rowdate creates, updates and deletes Google Calendar events from rows of your spreadsheet, using your own Google account. The free plan includes 100 new events per calendar month. Pro removes that limit and adds live sync.

Your responsibilities

• Sync only data you are allowed to process, and invite only people who expect to hear from you.
• Keep the Rowdate Event ID column intact; editing it can unlink rows from their events.
• Check the preview before large syncs. Rowdate does what the sheet says, including deleting events marked cancelled.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and invoices. Subscriptions renew until you cancel; you can cancel any time and Pro stays active to the end of the paid period. Email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Availability and liability

Rowdate depends on Google Apps Script, the Google Calendar API and Lemon Squeezy, and is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Bu koşullar, CodEven (Cengiz Mert Türkmen, şahıs işletmesi, Türkiye) tarafından işletilen Rowdate E-Tablolar eklentisinin ve bu sitenin kullanımını kapsar. Rowdate'i yükleyerek ya da kullanarak bunları kabul edersin.

Hizmet

Rowdate, kendi Google hesabınla tablonun satırlarından Google Takvim etkinliği oluşturur, günceller ve siler. Ücretsiz plan takvim ayı başına 100 yeni etkinlik içerir. Pro bu sınırı kaldırır ve canlı senkron ekler.

Senin sorumlulukların

• Yalnızca işlemeye yetkin olduğun veriyi aktar; yalnızca senden haber beklemeyi kabul etmiş kişileri davet et.
• Rowdate Event ID sütununu bozma; düzenlemek satırı etkinliğinden koparabilir.
• Büyük aktarımlardan önce önizlemeye bak. Rowdate tablonun söylediğini yapar; iptal işaretli etkinlikleri silmek dahil.

Ödeme, iptal, iade

Pro, satıcı kaydı Lemon Squeezy üzerinden satılır; ödeme, vergi ve faturayı onlar yürütür. Abonelik iptal edene kadar yenilenir; istediğin an iptal edebilirsin, Pro ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar açık kalır. İlk ödemeden sonraki 14 gün içinde yazarsan tam iade yaparız.

Erişilebilirlik ve sorumluluk

Rowdate; Google Apps Script, Google Takvim API'si ve Lemon Squeezy'ye dayanır ve "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde toplam sorumluluğumuz son 12 ayda bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır.
